Our Foundation

A Firm Built Around Considered Consulting

Baan Crest was founded in Bangkok with a clear intention: to offer Thai organisations access to senior consulting expertise without the impersonal delivery that larger firms can sometimes bring. The name draws from the Thai concept of baan — home, foundation, belonging — combined with crest, reflecting an aspiration to help organisations reach the highest point of their capabilities.

Since founding, we have worked with organisations across financial services, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing sectors in Thailand, supporting them through governance reviews, customer experience research, and digital strategy work. Our team holds international qualifications and brings considered regional knowledge to each engagement.

We believe good consulting is not about telling clients what to do. It is about asking better questions, listening carefully, and helping organisations find their own path to meaningful improvement — one that fits their people and their culture.
